Cosy accommodation, very reasonably priced.Great base for traveling to the coast and exploring the New Forest. Friends made use of the pool for early morning swims. Shame the checkout was so early, 10am!, so no time for a relaxing breakfast. -1 Star for that.
Brilliant stay, one of the best touring sites we have stayed on in nearly 30 years!!! Would love to come back but the touring site is closing down to have lodges put on it! A real pity! Facilities and staff brilliant!
Brilliant site. We stayed in a luxury lodge, received a welcome pack including bottle of prosecco as well as essentials such as dish cloth, soaps, bin bags, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits. The lodge was very clean and comfortable with amazing views. The site facilities are good with a choice of 2 restaurants, Aubrey's was particularly good, indoor and outdoor pools. A soft play area and tonnes of activities, you can even take an alpaca for a walk! Can't wait for our next visit, definitely worth the 6 hour drive for us to get there.
Brilliant for camping and touring. Phenomenal activities and adventures to go on. The restaurant was too full on the one night we tried to go there (50min wait) so I guess that's the only negative but there are many pubs nearby so it wasn't a problem. Everything is very modern and a lovely place to be. Will be returning for longer next time
Some strange rules make other camp sites more appealing. You can not have more than one tent on a lot at the same time, you cant have a pup tent, you cant have a gazebo and don't go here if you are with multiple families who want multiple lots. they cant guaranty you will get ones next to each other. Definitely some good things though. Nice pool (but the outside one is not heated) and the surrounding area is very nice and we still had a nice holiday.
