Sandies classes are amazing, Ive been doing her classes since April and my body has changed, my over 50 pot belly has completely shrunk and has been replaced with ABS, albeit little ones, but they are getting there. Sandie loves what she does and loves seeing the transformations in her clients. There needs to be a 10 star rating.
Fab class. Really lovely teacher who is very attentive to everyone and their needs. Would highly recommend.
