A five star plus experience with John and the mechanics of Hillwood Motors, Fordingbridge. Our car suffered a burst water pipe in its cooling system. John allayed our fears by taking an interest in our predicament and managed to squeeze our vehicle into a fully scheduled day. He went out of his way to find a replacement hose pipe. When it was unavailable in the UK, he manufactured one in his worship. To our total amazement, the car was ready in 36 hours and John even came to pick us up (in the snow). We are extremely grateful for the prompt service and indebted to Hillwood Motors for getting us back on the road, at a reasonable cost.Cheers - Bruce & Bev
Bought a 57 plate mini on 4 August. Discovered clutch was at end of it life and exhaust was making a racket. Both were replaced and was reasonably happy at the time. However 2 more faults just out of warrantly period and wish I had never set eyes on the garage or the car as am already forking out money for repairs!!!
I had a great experience buying my first car from Hillwood Motors. We were given time and freedom to look around the car, and take it for a test drive. We were also offered free delivery as we had driven from Reading. Would recommend anyone buying a car from here!

Absolutely DISGUSTING service. Never fix a problem. Were VERY unhelpful with the care and problems that were with the car. Very unimpressed and will not be coming back nor recommending to anyone!
